THE TITLE WOULD HAVE BEEN THE PLAYERS NAME BEING BID ON BUT HERE'S HOW THE POST SHOULD LOOK---
Yearly Salary- $5.5 mil Roster Bonus- $2 mil Length- 4 yrs
Teams would keep posting on this thread increasing the bids with the same bid format (like the one above) if they were to bid on this 'mock' player.
ie. 10% of 5.5 = .55 so...
Yearly Salary- $6.05 mil Roster Bonus- $2 mil Length- 4 yrs
REMEMBER---THERE IS A MAXIMUM OF 4 YEARS TO SIGN A PLAYER FOR
- When bidding you must increase EITHER the yearly salary or the roster bonus by 10% or more, it cannot be a combo of yearly and roster bonus adding up to 10%.
- Length of the contract does not matter, you can leave it the same or increase it, but can't decrease it.
-RB & Salary are both yearly amounts, but if a player is traded or released his RB must be paid off. So if he has $2 mil RB for 4 years, you'd have an $8 mil cap hit to trade/release. That amount can be split and paid off over 2 years, or in full over the same year.
-Min. beginning salary can be $250,000
-Min. RB can be 0, RB will only be added if any team want's to add risk to signing a player. What you bid for RB is a yearly amount, just like the salary.
-Max. RB is 4 mil.
-Bid is won only after it has been the top bid for 24 hrs. Bids can last 1 day they could last 10 days, all depends on how sought after the player is. But once one bid hasn't been re-bid on for 24 hrs, that team signs the player.
